EMMA Energy SpA is a private company based in Chile, dedicated to the development and commercialization of software and hardware for energy management, carbon footprint, water footprint, and other sustainability improvement systems.
EMMA is a digital management and measurement software designed to help companies achieve their sustainability goals through the monitoring and processing of data related to energy consumption, production, greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption, and other necessary data for calculations, analysis, target setting, and reporting.
EMMA Energy SpA is the collector, administrator, and responsible party for personal data and company-related data provided by users, collected and processed through the EMMA software, its website, and social media platforms whenever a person provides information to access specific content.
By registering their information through any form available on EMMA's website or social media platforms, individuals expressly acknowledge and accept these terms of use and privacy policy.
